Victoria’s Craft Bakery

Project Description

Sitting on a 3.2-acre site, the Chesterland Retail project is an 8,000 SF destination bakery and event center. The ground-up building will be home to Victoria’s Craft Bakery which specializes in a variety of baked goods while sourcing ingredients locally.

The site has challenging site topography, wetland mitigation, lack of city water, and trees that needed to be removed to protect a species of Ohio bats.
