Marty Weber

PRESIDENT

Marty Weber is President and visionary of John G. Johnson Construction, leading the company with a forward-thinking approach that drives growth and innovation. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed deep expertise in general contracting and construction management throughout Northeast Ohio.

Marty is dedicated to building and maintaining strong industry relationships, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life from preconstruction planning through project completion. His passion for problem-solving and mentorship is evident in his commitment to guiding both clients and JGJ’s team members toward success. Under his leadership, the company continues to evolve, delivering high-quality projects that shape communities and exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Marty enjoys fishing, boating, skiing, and hiking with friends. He has a passion for learning about and improving his overall health and fitness—along with collecting and sharing great wine with family and friends.

Mike Weber

VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

As Vice President of Construction at John G. Johnson Construction, Mike Weber oversees company-wide operations, staffing, and recruitment while ensuring project execution. With nearly 30 years in the industry, he brings a wealth of experience to every phase of construction, from preconstruction planning to fieldwork.

Mike’s career in construction began at John G. Johnson during summer breaks, working in the field as a carpenter before advancing into estimating, project management, and ultimately ownership. His hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective on project challenges, and he thrives on tackling complex builds that require innovative solutions and strong team collaboration.

Beyond his leadership role, Mike is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time on the water—especially when fishing.

Anthony Valencic

VICE PRESIDENT OF PREDEVELOPMENT

As Vice President of Predevelopment, Anthony Valencic plays a vital role in guiding projects from concept to reality. He works closely with owners and design teams to provide comprehensive preconstruction services, including cost estimating, value analysis, and scheduling. His knowledge in conceptual design and constructability, combined with a strategic understanding of the bidding process, has been instrumental in strengthening JGJ’s preconstruction department.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Beth Anne Sullivan

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

As Vice President of Finance & Administration, Beth Anne Sullivan provides strategic leadership across the company’s financial and administrative operations. She oversees project accounting, payroll, compliance, and information technology, ensuring seamless integration between finance and project management. With over 30 years of business management experience, Beth brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and customer service to her role.

Beth is dedicated to mentoring her team and fostering professional growth, working closely with employees to support their development. She has played a key role in strengthening the collaboration between finance and operations, helping project managers and engineers maintain financial accountability and project success.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with family and friends and gardening with her husband.
