One of our most important tasks during preconstruction is to develop accurate construction budgets and cost estimates. Without an accurate budget, you risk having to cut scope later, or go looking for more money – choices that no project owner ever wants to make.

 

 

Smoother, Simpler Procurement

Our input during design helps the design team produce a more accurate set of construction documents – giving you better protection from change orders.

If your project has diversity and inclusion goals, you should know that your goals are our goals and we have a proven tack record of meeting or exceeding owner goals.

We handle all the bidding, scope of work and price negotiations, and subcontracting, taking care to select the most qualified, stable, and proven subcontractors.

During construction, the focus shifts to your project schedule. Your JGJ construction team is led by a seasoned team of professionals and is overseen by the owners of the company.

We manage and coordinate construction activities and conduct regular safety inspections.

Accurate accounting and cost control – with regular reporting to you – means that you know where your money is going. We work in an open-book arrangement.

 

 

Closeout process for long-term success

You will get the information and training you need to operate and maintain your building, and you’ll know where to go for warranty items and service requests. Of course, we’re always here to help answer questions too.
