Project Description
CHN Housing Partners and Detroit Blight Busters have partnered to develop a 48-unit (4 buildings), two-bedroom affordable housing development in Detroit’s Old Redford neighborhood. The apartments are targeted for incomes of 30%-60% of the Area Median Income.
Low Income Housing Tax Credits were awarded by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority for the development.
The apartment complex will further the City’s plans to bring more affordable housing to Detroit’s neighborhoods.
