Project Description
Kendal at Oberlin -a nonprofit Ohio corporation, governed by a board of directors- is a continuing care retirement community that offers independent senior living, assisted living and skilled nursing care.
The project consists of the renovation of and addition to the existing Stephens Care Center hub and Friends Corner dining room. This work includes selective demolition, exterior building envelope construction (roof, exterior walls, windows, concrete), gypsum board partitions, doors, cabinetry, finishes, food service equipment, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, mechanical additions/alterations, creation of a new outdoor dining terrace and a dog park.
Phase 1 began in June 2023 and includes the addition and renovation to create the new Friends Corner dining room, lounge, kitchen, and support spaces.
