JGJ served as Construction Manager for repeat client, Judson Services, Inc. Construction started in March of 2021, with renovations on the 2nd and 5th floors lasting approximately 16 months.
The project consists of 36 Assisted-Living suites, a common area for the residents, a fireplace, and a meal prep kitchen on-premises. All suites are ADA accessible and finishes were selected with careful consideration for the elderly.
JGJ provided preconstruction and construction management services for selective demolition, gypsum board partitions, doors, cabinetry, finishes, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and mechanical alterations.
