Project Description
Cuyahoga TAY will provide 50 supportive housing units for young adults ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness in a combination of one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments.
The development will include a community room, property management area, and other social service support spaces, offices, and community spaces. The building will contain three fully mobility impaired unit and one unit for hearing/vision impairment.
Cuyahoga TAY was awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits to help fund the project.
