Project Description
Cedar Estates Phase III sits on 3.98 acres along the west side of the newly constructed E. 28th Street and across from Cuyahoga Community College’s Downtown Campus. The new affordable townhomes consist of 75 units across five buildings. Families in this development will have access to outdoor and indoor exercise facilities, a clubhouse, and supportive services focused on infant mortality. The team’s partnership with the City and local stakeholders allows for infrastructure investment, improved visibility, and better pedestrian/automotive linkages.
Phase III builds upon the success of Phases I and II and includes a 60-unit mixed-use development and 50-unit townhome development, respectively.
