Beecher Terrace Phase IV


Project Description

Beecher Terrace was built in 1939 in the Russell neighborhood of Louisville. This public housing development is comprised of 31.40 acres on four superblocks.


Phase IV is a continuation of the revitalization in this neighborhood and includes 210 multi-family units across 27 buildings.


The entire redevelopment is pursuing LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND) and Enterprise Green Community certification.


JGJ is working with Louisville Metropolitan Housing Authority’s 3rd Party Compliance firm to ensure diversity goals are being tracked and met.
