Anthony Valencic is a core member of the John G. Johnson leadership team. As the company’s Director of Preconstruction Services, Anthony collaborates with owners and design teams to deliver preconstruction services, including construction cost estimates, value analysis of materials and systems, and scheduling. Anthony’s passion for the construction industry began at an early age when he visited jobsites with his father and began learning how structures come together. Today, this deep understanding of conceptual design and constructability, coupled with Anthony’s strategic knowledge of the bidding process, has been instrumental in building the company’s preconstruction services department. Anthony is highly regarded for his ability to collaborate with designers and provide highly accurate estimates.
When not working on commercial projects with John G. Johnson, you can find Anthony immersed in his hobby of building single family homes.
Anthony’s favorite part of the job is seeing the progression of projects from early stages to completion. He is proud of the fact that many of the projects JGJ has completed have the power to change lives.
