This newly constructed apartment building in Cleveland’s Tremont area is named after Tappan Square in Oberlin. The owners, Sustainable Community Associates, went to Oberlin College and have fond memories of spending time in Tappan Square’s public park.
The four-floor, 83,000-square-foot building consists of 95 residential units, a roof deck, a courtyard garden, a lobby, a fitness center, a pet green space, and interior bike storage. Units include in-suite washers and dryers and keyless entry doors. The ground-floor retail space features the 2,000-square-foot Leavened bakery.
