Cuyahoga Transition Age Youth (TAY), renamed The Lotus, is a new 50-unit supportive housing development centered between E. 45th and E. 47th Street in Cleveland, OH. The 51,587 SF building provides housing for young adults ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness in a combination of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. It also contains three fully mobility-impaired units and one hearing/vision impairment unit.
The development includes a community room, property management spaces, other social service support spaces, offices, and community spaces. The project was awarded low-income housing tax credits.
