Stephens Care Center and Friends Corner Dining Hall

Kendal at Oberlin, a nonprofit Ohio corporation led by a dedicated board of directors, is a continuing care retirement community providing independent senior living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care.

The project involves renovating and expanding the Stephens Care Center hub and Friends Corner dining room. Key updates include selective demolition, improvements to the building’s exterior (roof, walls, windows, and concrete), new gypsum board partitions, doors, cabinetry, finishes, and food service equipment, and upgrades to electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and mechanical systems.
