The new tower is proposed to have four floors of structured parking with nine floors of residential above.
The current layout includes 95 residential units on floors 1-8 and a 9th-floor penthouse with multiple terraces.
The Tower will use the common and amenity spaces of the current building to increase building rentable square footage and efficiency.
