CHN Housing Partners and Detroit Blight Busters have joined forces to create a 48-unit affordable housing development in Detroit’s Old Redford neighborhood, featuring four buildings of two-bedroom apartments. These homes are designed to serve residents earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income.
The project was made possible through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits awarded by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
This development supports the City of Detroit’s ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing options across its neighborhoods.
