In 2018, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company announced it would be adding a newly constructed six-story building addition with 158 rooms in the vicinity of the Bon Air wing that was torn down during 2015 renovations.
Designed in the same style as the original resort, the features and upgraded amenities included a new pool, pool house, and rooms with outdoor lanais and stunning views of Lake Erie.
A former equipment house was converted into a two-sided bar to expedite guest services and to serve as a platform for nightly concerts on the beach. After successfully completing four major construction projects for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, JGJ was selected as Preconstruction and Construction Manager for this project.
