The first small-format Meijer grocery store outside of Michigan and apartment complex will be located in Cleveland’s Innovation District.
The Fairfax Market mixed-use project boasts 199 apartment units atop a 40,000 SF Meijer grocery store. The project includes a freestanding 3-level grade plus two parking garage that sits adjacent to the Meijer store and residences.
Fairmount Properties worked in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic and Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation to develop the complex at East 105th Street and Cedar Road.
This project was awarded a USGBC LEED Silver award.
