Established in 1991, the Center for Pastoral Leadership of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is located on a historic 45-acre campus, once the estate of Cleveland steel magnate Price McKinney. The property features seven buildings set amidst a serene and expansive landscape.
Phase 1 focused on critical infrastructure upgrades, including the installation of underground wiring conduits, concrete vaults, transformers, main distribution panels, and secondary feeder lines.
The work also included the addition of two generators with automatic transfer switches to enhance reliability and resilience.
Phase 2 brought modern comfort and functionality to the campus with the remodeling of seminarians’ living spaces. Shared accommodations were reconfigured into private rooms, each with its own bathroom, creating a more welcoming and personalized environment.
