Carver Park I: The first phase of the Carver Park multi-family housing project consisted of extensive renovations and RAD improvements to 279 units within 46 buildings.
Carver Park II: The second phase of the multi-family housing project, Carver Park Phase II consisted of extensive renovations and RAD improvements to 74 units within multiple buildings.
Carver Park III: Carver Park Phase III consists of extensive renovations and RAD improvements, including major rehab work with full re-wiring and re-plumbing, in 143 units within 8 separate buildings.
