The site is designed with a new fire access drive as well as covered and surface parking lots.
A pre-cast concrete podium serves as the base for the four-story wood-framed structure above. The residential suites range from studio to four-bedroom apartments. Units include stainless steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers along with common lounges and fitness rooms.
