Village of St. Edward – Resident Rooms and Common Spaces

Project Description

The Village of St. Edward resident room and common area remodeling and renovation required careful coordination and sequencing to turn the units with minimum disruption to residents.

The remodeling project consisted of a full kitchen and bathroom replacement, painting of the doors, installation of new door hardware, window treatments, and LED light fixtures within the 150 independent and assisted living suites. The second phase included renovations of the public spaces, community corridors, new painting, and lighting fixtures, remaining functional and accessible throughout renovations.
