Strongsville Police Department – New Jail Facility


Project Description

The Strongsville Police Department serves a population of nearly 45,000 residents.

The Police Department and Jail Facility project consisted of a building addition and a renovation to the existing police station, jail facility, Council Chambers, and the Mayor’s Court. Work included the construction of a 24-bed (12-day) detention facility, dispatch area, administrative offices, conference and meeting rooms, a roll call area, evidence storage rooms, physical training facilities, shower and locker facilities, and a vehicle storage facility.
