Project Description
As Cleveland's only downtown lakefront residences, the new three-story mixed-use building consists of 16 - two and three-bedroom “Class A” residential apartment units.
Each of the 16 apartment units includes a private balcony, fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and high-level finishes. Amenities include secured-access to parking and building entrances, elevator, trash-chute, and residential lobby. Additionally, three retail spaces were built out on the ground level. The project is pending LEED BD+C for Homes v4 Silver level certification
