Project Description
Judson Park is a retirement community located just minutes from the cultural center of University Circle.
The 5th Floor project consisted of the conversion of the existing nursing unit to a memory care facility and assisted living. Work included new doors, frames and hardware, new handrails, trim, casework, wall protection and corner guards, plumbing, HVAC, electrical upgrades, nurses stations, flooring, spa room, and activity kitchen. The building was occupied during renovations.
