Project Description
Judson Manor is a 1920's style architectural building located near the cultural center of University Circle.
The Judson Manor 11th Floor project consisted of alterations to the historically significant corridors and conversion of 16 units into nine custom senior living units. Work within the occupied senior living facility included demolition, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, floor and window replacements and more.
John G. Johnson Construction was retained by Judson Services, Inc. to perform additional projects within the senior living facility.
