Project Description
Judson Park is a retirement community located just minutes from the cultural center of University Circle.
Renovations included included demolishing all existing walls, ceilings and finishes, and converting 36 skilled nursing suites to 24 assisted living suites. Showers were added to each suite and PTAC units for individual climate control were upgraded. A full gourmet kitchen for the residents was added, as well as an activity kitchen. Three outdoor patios were restored to make them more ADA accessible. The building was occupied during renovations.
