Project Description

Fathom, a fast-growing digital marketing agency was looking to relocate its company headquarters and create a unique work environment for its employees and clients.

The interior renovation project, located in a historic building in the West Flats, just North of the Superior Viaduct, included demolition, structural addition of new floor space, new electrical and mechanical systems, new finishes, staircase fabrication, and transforming the elevator shaft into a common shower room and maternal room.

John G. Johnson successfully collaborated with the owners and the design team in the preconstruction phase. Using select subcontractors we were able to deliver cost effective solutions to keep the project within budget parameters.
