Fairview Park Middle and High School

Project Description

The project for the Fairview Park Schools included an addition for new classrooms, new locker rooms, a new cafeteria and courtyard learning spaces, and new kitchen facilities. The addition of air conditioning throughout the entire building, replacement of outdated heating and fire protection systems, structural repairs, security, electrical, and technology upgrades, and asbestos removal were part of the renovations. The building was made handicap accessible and equipped with new interior and emergency lighting.

Fairview Park School District successfully passed its 2016 permanent improvement levy and bond issue which paved the way for this expansive project.
