Project Description
Evergreen Podcasts is a community podcast network designed to support diverse storytellers. A collection of Ohio shows they produce include Ohio Mysteries, Burn the Boats, Ohio V the World, Wild Precious Life, and Seven Minute Stories.
They recently relocated their headquarters to the former WDOK office space at E. 26th and St. Claire Avenue. Beegan Architectural Design designed the new space. JGJ served as Construction Manager for the interior renovations including selective demolition, framing and drywall, new flooring, ceiling rework, and interior finishes throughout.
The bright and modern space highlights hidden artwork leftover from the buildings' prior tenants.
