Cottages at Geneva-on-the-Lake

Project Description

Located on the shores of Lake Erie and close to Ohio wine country, the Cottages at Geneva-on-the-Lake consist of 25 Cape Cod style cottages with a paved bike trail entrance and community fire pit for each of the clusters of units. The Cottages offer one-and-two-bedroom accommodations featuring large windows, covered porches, living area, kitchenette and gas fireplace.

Construction work included installation of new underground utilities, sitework, new paved walkways, new parking road and area, masonry foundations, restroom facilities, new electrical transformer and fire suppression systems.
