Project Description
Collingwood Green Phase III is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit project consisting of eight unique multi-family townhomes. The project was developed under LEED Gold for Homes requirements.
Each building is an assortment of two, three, and four bedroom townhomes. The two-story townhomes are wood-framed, slab-on-grade construction with masonry walls set on poured concrete footings. New roadways and site utilities were also installed.
Groundbreaking for this project occurred in November. Seasonal temperatures made this task challenging. To maintain the schedule, the team warmed the ground allowing for the pouring of the concrete foundation.
