Project Description
This new 30,000 SF City of Cleveland maintenance complex is located on 5.4 acres and consolidated five operational park maintenance units into one high efficiency structure.
The facility required the construction of pre-engineered office space, 13 door garage/warehouse, a salt dome with a 2,000-ton capacity, fueling station, servicing storage, offices, kitchenette, and locker rooms. LEED Certified Standards were applied to lighting, heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
