The second phase of the multi-family housing project, Carver Park Phase II consisted of extensive renovations and RAD improvements to 74 units within multiple buildings in the Carver Park Estates.
John G. Johnson Construction and Richard L. Bowen + Associates combined efforts as Johnson/Bowen LLC to provide design/build services for this 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit project.
