Project Description
The first phase of the Carver Park multi-family housing project consisted of extensive renovations and RAD improvements to 279 units within forty-six buildings in the Carver Park Estates.
John G. Johnson Construction and Richard L. Bowen + Associates combined efforts as Johnson/Bowen LLC to provide design/build services for this 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit project.
