Project Description
Broadway Park is a new three-story, wood-framed, senior living project in Youngstown, Ohio.
The 60-unit facility consists of 55 one-bedroom apartments, 2 one-bedroom handicap accessible, 1 two-bedroom handicap accessible, and 2 two-bedroom apartments. The scope included the development of the 2.42-acre site and a new 76-space parking area. The project was built to LEED for Homes requirements. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency awarded this project low-income housing tax credits.
